THE BOOKING PROCESS

So you’ve found the prefect tour for you….what happens next?

Once you’ve chosen the dates you’d like to travel all you need to do is to head over the BOOKING page and select TOUR ENQUIRY and fill in your details where necessary. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 48 business hours, answering any questions you may have and confirming availability for the experience over the dates you’ve enquired about. If that’s all good to go, we’ll hold your places for you.

Once you booked your flights please complete the BOOKING FORM and send it to us, including the flights times, numbers and departure airports. We’ll then process your booking and send you a secure payment link for the deposit or full balance depending on how soon you’re travelling. If you make a holiday booking within 61 days of the planned departure date, full payment is required in order to guarantee your places of the experience, however if you make a holiday booking in more than 61 days before departure date we will only take a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is then taken 61 days before your departure date.

After your payment has been received we’ll send you confirmation of your booking along with a personalised tour itinerary, information pack and any other appropriate materials. All you need to do now is write the dates in your diary, prepare your packing list and look forward to your next adventure!

PLEASE NOTE: The person who makes the booking (“Lead Name”) must be at least 18 and authorised to do so on the basis of these of these booking conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made.
